John Rondini
Co-Chair of Cybersecurity @Brooks Kushman
Rondini helped develop and is the Co-Chair of Brook Kushman’s Cybersecurity and Data Privacy group. He has also represented client’s litigation matters at the district court and appellate level, before the International Trade Commission, and also has extensive litigation experience with Post-Grant Proceedings before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. Rondini has also assisted in managing the patent prosecution docket for clients that range from Fortune 500 companies to individual inventors.
Matthew Jakubowski
Executive Committee Member & Co-Chair Cybersecurity @Brooks Kushman
Matt is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee and co-chairs the firm’s cyber security practice. He counsels clients in a wide range of intellectual property matters, including, IP portfolio management, freedom-to-operate opinions, cybersecurity, litigation, agreement drafting and negotiations, and due diligence projects. Matt has worked to help develop Brook Kushman’s Cybersecurity and Data Privacy group. His experience includes assessing a client’s current cybersecurity and data privacy protocols and developing a comprehensive incident response plan to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
Todd Dishman

Dishman is a registered patent attorney with multiple years of experience in both patent prosecution and litigation, centered on the mechanical and electromechanical arts. This blend of experience has also made Dishman successful representing clients in post-grant proceedings, and he has served as counsel on behalf of petitioners and patent owners in many inter partes review proceedings.
